Can someone please explain how to maximize rewards with this deal. I already have a phone (A15) on one account. Do I use a different account for this deal and refer the A15 account to both new phones? Do I use a different account for each new phone? How many points should I expect? 14,000?

Need to login your Rewards account, Redeem, and there is an eGift Cards option.
I am on the web logged in to rewards and do not see it. A $50 gift would make the A15 deal amazing.
edit...
My vpn was blocking that page. Great deal.

Yes, that is correct (text UNLOCK to 611611 is not a requirement for unlock). Phone 1 will have no active service, but the phone number may still show in settings. All my QVC/HSN phones bundled with service plans got unlocked 60 days (a day early than the reported date by 611611) after activation/service transfers, and some of them only had 1-2 days of service.
So essentially you can "suck" almost the full services out of the the donor phones and still have them unlocked :-).

My understanding from what the experts said is that you activate one phone in the same account of your main phone, wait for a couple of days until you get an unlock date by messaging 611611 with UNLOCK (twice). Once you see the unlock date, you can suck/extract the service out and merge that into your main phone by chatting the customer service. Do both phone the same way. You will end up with two unlocked donor phones and almost two full year services added to you primary phone.

yes, you'll need to create separate accounts with separate emails, wait 60 days for the referral points to vest, then move the lines back to whatever account is your master account.

I'm not sure how strict Tracfone tracks separate emails ie. with Gmail adding periods in between your regular handle or adding the + [xxx] trick to the end of your gmail handle. Any experts willing to chime in?

Question, I want to transfer service from this bundle to a Motorola Edge 2024 that was previously activated on Straight Talk.

Since they're both Tracfone brands, can I just use the ST SIM directly or would I need to buy a Tracfone BYOP SIM?

Thanks. Do you know how cheap these bundles get if you don't care about the phones? Do they all get the same referral points?

I had to use new TF BYOP sim when I activated unlocked ST 2024 GPower on my TF account - and it still took a few tries. Ended up finally having to remove inactive phone from ST account before new sim was accepted, IMEI was still stuck in their database.

Is anyone here using these phones for something like a smart home / dashboard?

Referral points are the same no matter what phone. Other than maximizing rewards points, you don't really say what you plan to do with the new lines. If you have an unlimited plan, I don't think you will be able to combine the service with buckets on these phones.

I just moved service from one phone to the other, the service numbers were combined. But the number of the first phone disappeared from my account. I hope the unlock will still work after 60 days.

Unlimited plans from QVC/HSN bundles are fine, especially activated by keeping existing phone number. Those 30-day unlimited plans purchased from TF are unpredictable, so I don't touch those. my experience [howardforums.com].
Do you think this Tracfone bundle sold directly by them will unlock unlimited into perpetuity even if I add the Paygo bundles onto it? It's very similar to what you described as your original unlimited 30 day bundle that got extended with paygo plans but kept the unlimited forever.

I don't have experience on bundles sold by Tracfone, but my guess is NO (because it's from TF; if it were from QVC, I'd say Yes, but I haven't seen QVC/HSN bundles with 30-day unlimited plans for a while. QVC/HSN bundles with 365-day 24GB unlimited plans do combine with/DIY transfer to existing PAYG lines.)

Quote from SPARKLER :
#83865685# (#tfunlock#)
I got 2 of these bundles from the Walmart Black Friday sale for harvesting the plans. The 60 days counter ended today for the 1st harvested phone. Like other SDers noticed, there isn't an obvious way to unlock directly from the phone.

This morning, I inserted a SIM from a different carrier and the phone rejected it. The TF web portal declined to unlock (but I'm suspecting it's going by the unlock date, tomorrow, for the 2nd harvested phone). So I connected this phone (without cell service) to WIFI and left it alone.

I saw SPARKLER's post this evening and re-checked the phone. The dial code in his / her post is incorrect but a great lead. Dial #83865625# (625 not 685) and the phone immediately takes you to a grey screen telling you the lock status. For my 1st harvest phone, it states "Device is SIM UNLOCKED". So during the day, connected to WIFI, the phone automatically unlocked and now I can use other carrier SIMs. NOTE: This phone was not debloated and left on Android 12.

My 2nd harvested phone is scheduled to be unlocked tomorrow. This phone is debloated and running a VPN (tracfone blocks VPNs from their servers), but I think the phone should unlock fine since the lock status should come from Moto servers as long as I didn't accidently uninstall the Moto unlock app. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.
