I'll pass only because it doesnt have L-Citrulline which helps me a lot to recover. Cheaper than energy drinks for sure.

If you're unaware of what that is, look at the Supplement Facts for this product. See something that says "C4 Sport Performance Blend?" 3.181 grams TOTAL of:
Beta Alanine
L-Arginine
Creatine
Sodium Citrate
Magnesium Chloride
Dipotassium Phosphate
You don't know exactly how much of those 6 things are going into your body. If you're going to get into supplements, buy products where the ingredients are stated clearly on the label.

you don't know exactly how much of those 6 things are going into your body. if you're going to get into supplements, buy products where the ingredients are stated clearly on the label.
Honestly, you're better off piecemealing the singular ingredients together and making your own if cost is your sole concern. I personally use Transparent Labs Bulk. Costly, yes, but you get proper dosages of anything you would need without overdosing on caffeine.
