Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra,Titanium Silverblue, 256GB with eSIM
Device Payment
$1299.99
Unlimited $30/line
One-Time Activation Charge
$20.00
Trade-In Value ($165.00) + Spectrum Promotion ($700.00)
the additional 700 is included in the $865, so it would be 1300-865.
is anyone else seeing something else?
Do you remember if last year they added more storage or color option? Seeing only 256gb for plus model
Last year:
"Promotion requires customers to trade-in qualifying device, add a new line, purchase and activate a new phone. If new phone paid in full, credit applied to purchase. If new phone financed, credit applied to bill in pro-rated increments for the duration of the Device Payment Plan. If the final trade-in value exceeds the cost of the new device, the difference will be refunded to your Spectrum Mobile Account. Trade-in device must have a value greater than $1. Visit spectrummobile.com/tradein for details. Restrictions apply. Subject to change."
This year S25 fine print:
"Trade-in offer requires customers to trade in qualifying device, purchase and activate a new device. Trade-in device must have a value greater than $0. If the value of the trade-in device credit exceeds the cost of the new device, credit will be reflected on bill statement within 2-3 bill cycles. Promotional credits are reflected over 36 mos on the bill statement. Cancellation of mobile line before device is paid off will result in forfeiture of remaining promotional credits. Visit spectrum.com/mobile/trade-in for details."
Last year explicitly mentioned that credit can be applied if paid in full. Not this year. I would personally not make a bid.
I got 3 phones last year, all trade-ins works smoothly in-store.

I think as long as you do it in store, the trade in credit should apply right there at checkout right? Nothing to be posted to your account and doled out over 36 months etc
Yes I got it within few mins of ordering it

When you did it in store, did you just pay the phone value minus the trade in value, or did you pay the full price and then got a refund later on?
It's always the best way IMO in my experience. Same with Best Buy trade ins
If they did it in store, they got trade in value taken off purchase price right then and there
If trade in value was greater than cost of phone, it became credit applied to their account which they could request to be credited back to their CC
Agree, last year I did it online and shipped my old phone, only because they offered x2 memory and the fine print was clearer than this year
Verizon blamed Spectrum, Spectrum said they unlocked everything on their end, and Samsung said there's no issue with their phones.
Multiple cases over a year have gotten no resolution.
