This is how spectrum positioned it over the last few years. The credit is spread over 36 months, however multiple users (me included) were able to call/chat with spectrum after 30 days and successfully received the full remainder credit back onto the credit card used for purchase.

As for unlocking policy, does it require the s25 phone to remain active thoughout the two months, or can I switch to another device after s25 was activated?

I got a thousand bucks for my S22 Ultra Trade (I got 1300 actually but I don't think I was supposed to get that much) towards my S25 Ultra. I could have traded in a Galaxy S2 and gotten the same thousand bucks. The trade-in deals are great.

Am I able to do the trade-in and opt for the pay all at once option? I'm wondering if there's a way to only get the phone without committing to a 36 month contract with Spectrum.

I've been able to activate and switch to another device for the 60 day wait. Just before requesting unlock, make sure to put the SIM back into the phone you want to unlock and it registers on your account before requesting. This has worked for multiple phones.

I finally called and talked to customer service. He said their plans are month to month, so you could cancel anytime as long as the phone is paid off. The phone would be unlocked after 60 days. I am still going to go in person to be completely sure and ask for full refund from trade in vs some monthlty nonsense.

Have you read the title? "Needs specfrum internet" how do you even get mobile line if you dont have internet service. Pls dont give false information. THIS IS ONLY for SPECTRUM INTERNET CUSTOMERS
