So I did not need to credit back it is on the spot in-store trade-in.
1) Try to reserve a time in the store ahead of time. Can be done online. This cuts down on the walk-in wait time
2) Ask immediately if they have the phone you are looking for in stock. This saves you the id and account verification time if they don't.
3) The system will pull up all your previous Spectrum Mobile lines, even if cancelled. Just be prepared with an answer in case your agent asks you about those lines.
4) My agent told me they get paid commission on new lines, even if it's the free line for the year. So they are very happy to help you get the phone and new line. They do not get paid any commissions on upgrades, so they will still do it but it pays to be nice.
5) My agent offered to add me to the their callback list (a sheet of paper) when the next shipment comes in.

- Traded Moto G 2023 from QVC for the Samsung 25. Paid 89+ tax On full. amount (In OHIO). Total paid 132.99.
- Wait for 5 minutes and go back to the store. and traded my S24 128GB from last year's trade on the same line and asked for an S25+ Representative told me what happened if the system allowed then he would do it. It allowed me and walk out the door after paying another $127.99 (with tax in total).
So Paid a total of $260.00 and Walked out with 2 phones sealed.- Both trades are validated and fulfilled and received the confirmation email too.

- S24 trade for >>>>>conformation for S25+
- Price paid for last trade in S24 to S25+
- Sealed Boxes
Waiting 2 days to unload the S25 for S25 Ultra. And my life is set for S26Ultra till next year...It is Dayton Area Stroe. (Beavercreek, OH) .
