Should the S25 activated before trading it in for S25+?
When I got home, it was converted to pay up front and in full. The full device amount charged to the card and then I saw the bill credits for the same amount on the statement. So gotta wait until statement end of this month to get it back refunded.

Yes my in store rep tried to tell me the same. Said the trade in had to be shipped out before the credit was issued. I told him to humor me with full pay and try anyway or I was going to leave. What do you know - the credit was immediate and I only paid the difference....
It's the managers making a fuss. I honestly don't understand why they are making a fuss, it's spectrum corporate/samsung paying for it and not from their personal pay checks.
Do the reps work on commission? Curious if a device finance earns them more $
