I wish there was some easy way to check the inventory information based on store location....

Other than physically visiting the store.

Has anyone traded in a s25 for a s25 or know if that has worked in the past? It looks like the website would allow it...

Yes it would allow it, and you could do it

Big warning to avoid Glendale Galleria in SoCal - they're incredibly stupid, mean, and lied about all aspects of this deal. In fact, the idiot behind the counter told me my phone had water damage when it had a broken screen (sigh), my phone wouldn't be tradeable since the last phone wasn't unlocked (huh?), and that they couldn't take a broken screen phone. When I explain the trade-in system walks you through and asks that question and it's fine, he yelled at me that I was trying to tell him how to do his job.

Seriously, avoid those douchenozzles at all costs. Went to a different store and was a night and day difference (and I know what I'm doing). Unbelievably horrible circle of Hell in Glendale.

can anybody rough guess the value after several months for these? at this point i wouldn't use much for mobile internet except listening to podcasts while walking. if combined with the free line cost would be roughly $100 for about 7 months service. 2nd line would be closer to $200 for three months, and i would have no use for the service (i would still have the first phone). bay has some s24's (just as an example) as low as $130 going up to $1000 or more depending on model. if resaleable for $150 then the first one makes sense, but the second one doesn't. if they will be worth $4-500 then maybe worth getting two.

So what's the process to get the trade-in credited back to your credit card?

1) Buy online with full payment
2) Ship in trade in
3) Get approved for trade-in amount
4) Call customer service to refund back to CC? Someone mentioned changing payment method to bank debit card for easier credit back?

Gonna try to buy phone in store a couple more weeks; if there's no stock, I'll have to do the online method. Anyone who did this online, please share of you are able to get full tradein credit to your bank. Thanks
Yes, that is the process, although I just did chat instead of calling in.

By the way, you did not need to wait for the trade-in to succeed before you upgrade on that same line. As long as you shipped in the correct device and activated the phone you received, you should be fine.

Where are all of you finding these??? Effing impossible to find a store in San Diego with the S25 in stock. All stores I checked said they had 5-7 total and all sold yesterday.
You can always ask when their truck comes in to restock and try to get there early on that day.

I got a Samsung Galaxy S25+ for $999, plus tax, which came to $1080. I also traded in my Pixel 9 in-store for $1040. So, in total, I paid $40. The trade-in amount is applied upfront, and they're charging the tax for the entire amount of the new phone.

Which city and state please?

What you should have done was to swap out the phones on those lines to something else before trading them in. Because yes, the accounts are still active since you paid for 1 year plan, but you won't be able to interact with them if they try to send you a OTP and you don't have the original phones on those lines anymore. Maybe CS can get around the OTP issue.

I have bought one more set of Moto G Play phones from QVC. Keeping my situation in mind what is the best way to combine all 4 years of service and reward points(if we can) Any suggestions?

Current situation:
1. Two accounts with one year of service in each. No phones/sims in hand
2. Two rewards accounts, one having 13,000 points and othet 5089 points. Both rewards accounts tied to above lines. Able to access accounts with passwords but points are in pending status.
3. Bought one more set og Moto G play 2023, still yet to receive phones.

Intention:
1. Combine rewards
2. Combine services

Please let me know what steps to take. Thank you.

If you have a phone that you did the upgrade for a week earlier and paid off at the store, can you still unlock it if you do another upgrade on the same line a week later? first phone unlock and of course second phone. I see new posts that say you pay off phone you should be able to unlock right away and not 60 days.

There is no unlocking "right away". Device must be paid off + 60 days..

"It must be purchased from Spectrum Mobile and activated on a Spectrum Mobile line.
The device must be paid off in full.
The device must be active on the Spectrum network for at least 60 calendar days.
The customer's account must be in good standing
The device must not be reported lost, stolen or involved with fraudulent activity"
