1) Buy online with full payment
2) Ship in trade in
3) Get approved for trade-in amount
4) Call customer service to refund back to CC? Someone mentioned changing payment method to bank debit card for easier credit back?
Gonna try to buy phone in store a couple more weeks; if there's no stock, I'll have to do the online method. Anyone who did this online, please share of you are able to get full tradein credit to your bank. Thanks
By the way, you did not need to wait for the trade-in to succeed before you upgrade on that same line. As long as you shipped in the correct device and activated the phone you received, you should be fine.

I have bought one more set of Moto G Play phones from QVC. Keeping my situation in mind what is the best way to combine all 4 years of service and reward points(if we can) Any suggestions?
Current situation:
1. Two accounts with one year of service in each. No phones/sims in hand
2. Two rewards accounts, one having 13,000 points and othet 5089 points. Both rewards accounts tied to above lines. Able to access accounts with passwords but points are in pending status.
3. Bought one more set og Moto G play 2023, still yet to receive phones.
Intention:
1. Combine rewards
2. Combine services
Please let me know what steps to take. Thank you.
