I did both. Mostly through the mail. Never had an issue reading in via mail. Just takes longer. Easier in store, but after a few, you get blocked from future upgrades in store.

What you should have done was to swap out the phones on those lines to something else before trading them in. Because yes, the accounts are still active since you paid for 1 year plan, but you won't be able to interact with them if they try to send you a OTP and you don't have the original phones on those lines anymore. Maybe CS can get around the OTP issue.

Were you able to get 2 more trade ins today? I was able to do 3 trade ins today across 2 lines. But my fourth trade in got blocked by the system so I'm probably done for a while. Gonna have to resort to the online trades.

I just grabbed the 2x pack of moto gplay 2023 from OVC for $43. When they get here next week, going to hit the spectrum stores AGAIN for 2 more S25's.

BTW, in store, I think they only carry the base storage models. Best trade process is in store.
