What do you mean "full pay and try anyway"? What did you tell the rep? That you wanted to pay the phone in full instead of taking credits?

Rep didn't want to allow me to pay in full, only said I could do installments and said the trade in wouldn't apply immediately (said the phone had to be shipped out and graded). I pushed back and told him to try processing as a pay in full and it worked exactly as it should with immediate trade in credit.

Stopped by my local store today in the morning. Some guy was buying four S25 and when it was my turn, I was told they're out of stock. Apparently that guy took the last four according to the employee.

Don't know who you are but screw you random guy.

FYI this trade in deal lasts for quite a while so there is no rush, but it's still annoying to find stock being low in stores.

I have bought these two Moto G Play 2023 phones and used them as a trade in for the new Samsung S25 via Spectrum. I have setup these phones as brand new Tracfone numbers (as i have no plans in using them) with different rewards accounts. I have pending points on both accounts. My question is what would happen to the points and rewards account since i have already traded them out. I see the accounts are still valid and points are in pending status as of now. Is there a way to keep the numbers, points active even though i dont have those phones, Any suggestions please?

Last year I did this and traded in a cheapo phone from walmart. Anyone know what cheap prepaid walmart phone I can use for trade in this year? I can't trade in my old phone because it is so beat up and the screen is broken.

Your service must be active on TF at 61 days to actually earn rewards so if you trade in phones (or port out your number) before then the rewards are lost because your account is inactive.

You'd be registering a different phone IMEI. Account will still show pending rewards but likely will not ever get applied.
