I honestly thought a phone lock was different from a sim lock, now I know for like 10 min that they are the same. But will probably ask again each year this deal comes around. Thanks in advance ☺️
I have two s25 bought today so 2 new lines, plus a free line on another phone from a couple of months ago.
I was planning to get another s25 tomorrow since my store is holding on more for me then they are out. Then upgrade one s25 to an ultra in a few days.
I remember when I did this deal during the s23 similar deal. I was able to upgrade on phone to an s23 ultra and then I got stuck in the fraud thing too.
Any recommendations?
Could somebody assure me that this is not just a "spectrum credit" but an amount they give back to my original method of purchase at once?
Verizon blamed Spectrum, Spectrum said they unlocked everything on their end, and Samsung said there's no issue with their phones.
Multiple cases over a year have gotten no resolution.

I only have one free line
Day 1 in store bought S25 using a Motorola trade in
Day 2 in store bought another S25 using a different Motorola trade in
Day 3 ordered S25+ online using Day 1's S25 for trade in (had to do online for 512GB version of the S25+)
Day 4 my S25+ shipped today for delivery on Wed
Do with this info as you will.
In Spectrum portal I see that both lines are eligible for upgrades and I have added details to cart and checked, it seems online is allowing you to trade S25 and get S25 Ultra.
I am just wondering if I will flagged as fraud if i do trades inshore, Any suggestions ?

I would do it in store. Is quickest and least risky. Unless you wanna be shopping 1.5K worth of phone
