2 people just got denied in stores to upgrade to the s25+ since they did the s25 upgrade yesterday. Who got by this denial

S25s were done online, so I had to front all of the money. From past deals, the amount refunded includes taxes (here in FL).

As for S25+ phones, it was free in store, and I will be credited some to account, maybe like $200 or so.

A denial can be based on (a) system block or (b) rep who just doesn't want to do it/suspects fishy business.

If it is a system block, there's nothing that can be done, and you have to resort to mail trade-in.

As for the rep issue, this I recommend a few days between, as you can just say you don't like the smaller size and noticed that in your account, it says you are eligible to upgrade the line.

The slickest version of this deal is over. In store rep told me they are told to only allow 1 upgrade per line now. Was denied s25 to plus upgrade

They took my DL and SSN. It said I had to do the Assurant process. What is the deal with that? You think it could be because I just activated Spectrum internet yesterday? My credit is really good.
