Login to your spectrum account from a computer or tablet and go to billing. Click on mobile under statements. Click on the order number, and you should see your last transaction, including any credit you might have received. Now this would only include in store transactions.

After 60 days, contact customer service via phone or chat. I find chat to be a bit easier. Request unlock on device. It should take a minute or two and then you can test it. You can deactivate the service whenever you want after the device is unlocked.

Last year, I upgraded 2 S24 on free line and 2 phones on a paid line. After receiving credit on the paid line, I cancelled the line.
When it is time to unlock, I had it done easily for 2 phones on free line (that still open) but could not have the phones that were on cancelled paid line to be unlocked. Anyone had same experience?

Thanks, yeah I did see it there, but my account balance still shows $0. I assume that needs to go negative with the credit before I can request it back to my credit card, or is that not right and I can do it now?

In Reality it was just for the phone and taxes at $168.99 sucks that they charge taxes based on the full price of the phone, but I added the Moto Walmart Phone price to it which made it to that price
