try it without logging in on your account. login after adding the device on your cart when asked if you have spectrum account

I got blocked at the store after trading in 4 Moto G plays from last week. I was about to trade in one more Moto G Play but the store clerk told me they couldn't process it. Now I'm trying it again online. Wish me luck!

Yes, that is their unlock policy. Pretty clear and not a problem though obviously not yet tried on this exact phone for obvious reasons

I mailed to Assurant as soon as I received the trade in email. I received S25 today, and UPS says Assurant received the trade today. Assurant status page still says awaiting shipment. Now the wait for Assurant to assess and send me the email for the credit.

Could you add a new line with trade in, then trade in the S25 on your previous line for the new line, then cancel the old line? Maybe that would get around the upgrade block?
