Thanks. Mine arrived in Coppell on the 16th as well but wasn't marked as "Arrived at Hub" on the 17th like yours. Mine Departed Coppell on the 18th with no update since so who knows where it is now. Thank you for the information on what I should have seen.

Option was not there yesterday. thanks to all for making me comfortable with doing trade in with UPS.
Also, when I got to the checkout page it defaulted to monthly payments. Didn't see option for pay in full. Clicked on edit next to it and the option for pay n full was there.
Email says it can take to 48 hours to process and the system is probably very busy. Crossing my fingers
