No, my order is confirmed and cc was charged but no update after that on trade in
update-i got trade in instructions and I dropped at UPS
They sent me an email saying that payment failed, I talked to them using the chat, asked to resubmit the payment request using another card that I had configured in the portal
I took my spouse in store today, and had no problems trading in 2 phones for new S25s. When they ran their SSN and DL check on me, it wouldn't allow them. For some reason, my spouse was fine, but not me. Thanks.
My credit is good, but I don't see why that matters, anyway, since you can pay in full….

I didn't have Spectrum port my number to my new S25. Can I do this online, by myself, or through customer service? What is the 60 day unlock tied to? Is it the phone, not the phone number, so it wouldn't matter if I port my number to it, or stick with theirs?
