Another dp for those doing online trades and having delays. I put in an s25 to s25+ order on the 18th and got the ID verification email. I did what it requested online, and thought I was good, but turns out upon chatting/calling they needed further verification. As soon as I verified my ID on the phone I immediately got email confirmations (and pending charges on my card) for the purchases.
So if you did the digital ID verification, and have since been stuck, try calling 866-359-0552 to confirm they don't need more ID verification from you.

Seems possible they are cracking down on online orders. I was getting fraud alerts in person so I couldn't add anymore lines in store. I will post later if I hear anything.

Looks like both of my orders shipped today, already received one shipping email.

Should I do another online trade in? Lol

I thought people mentioned in this thread, "when they did it last year"? So they were referring to direct from Samsung, not Spectrum? Did they even deal with Assurant, or was that all just straight Samsung?

I wasn't confused. I was just asking if anyone got rejected last year, online, as it would help set possible precedent for this year. I'm glad to hear that they didn't.

for those who sent in trade in device through UPS, so I packed up my trade in nicely and when I brought it to the UPS store, the agent said that they need to look at the phone after scan it and that they will pack it for me. they were saying they had a list of questions they had to go through such as is the device in good condition etc. anyone had same experience? i mean by trade in device was a cheapo but still wanted to check here
