Hello all, I traded in iPhone 13 to s25 today in store. Can I go in tomorrow and upgrade to s25+? What would be the cost? Sorry if this has been answered already. TIA

Oh ic. They gave you only the value of S22 Ultra , not S25. That is good, but how in the world that you sent in S22 Ultra instead of S25. No, I believe they scammed you . I still believe that you sent in S25.

I sent Spectrum an image that I took of the phone in the packaging that UPS got (lady put it in one of those shipper bags). The shipping label was covering the phone, but you can clearly see the edges of the phone do not line up with a S22 Ultra.

I took a photo when I dropped it off and they said they still can't confirm that its the right phone. The label was partially covering the front, but you can clearly tell that it is not a S22 Ultra due to size, edges, and screen.

This must be one of the best mobile deals in a long time. I went to Spectrum store this AM and grabbed a S25 128GB for $113. Everything was taken care off at the store. The cherry on top, I don't have to pay for mobile service for 1 year. Didn't know this was part of the promotion.

Basically 1 FREE year of service + Samsung S25 for $113.

The S25 is not a phone I actually wanted. I had a POS antique phone in my drawer and decided to try it.

Hmm, don't know what happened to my post.

But I got the S25 128GB for $113 with 1 year free line of service. Amazing deal.

I had an old phone in my drawer and decided to trade that in. No issues at all. 2 months to unlock the phone. Cancel anytime.

Took me about 30 minutes in the Spectrum Store in NY.

They accepted my trade-in but the email said "the total credit for the confirmed value of your trade in, including any applicable promotions, will be applied in the next two billing cycles".

I saw some people already got their credits and had them refunded to their credit cards so I'm guessing they two billing cycles language is just BS. How do you know when the credits have been put into your account?

Online on the billing tab, my account just says "Mobile $0.00 No Payment Due". When the credits arrive does that become -1000 or however much your credit is for?

You can take the money now so that the credit hits your Spectrum account this week, and then do another online order with trade in to get some of your money back.

I was thinking of doing that, but this trade-in was already for a S25 base to a S25 256.

Am doing the same things and shipping the base 25 in on Thursday after the s25 256 arrives. The back of my S25 has a sticker with the model number and IMEIS. Will be sure to include that in the photos and film.
Don't understand how they could say it was such a different device. So much bigger and older. Also surprised that they still offered any credit.

Did your shipping email have the correct device and IMEI?Did Assurant send you a picture of the phone that they say you sent? How could it be a different device if the IMEI is in Spectrums' system? Would press Spectrum to make this right.

Yes, the email I initially had showed the correct IMEI and Model number. The UPS I went to was super slammed and I didn't want to hold them up when I shipped out the device. The UPS Clerk also seemed confused about what to do with the phone, which is why I took the picture. I shipped out another phone at a different UPS and they said they didn't need a box as the system told them they would be the ones to package the device. The 2nd store also scanned more barcodes.

Assurant still has not yet sent pictures of the phone they received. I talked to Spectrum and they said it would take about 3-5 days before the photos are uploaded.
