when you say you received 1 credit, did the credit show up in your account already or on the spectrum trade in website?

I think the days of in-store s25 to plus or ultra are over. Doesn't seem like anyone has been successful for the past few days in store, including myself

In my experience, the spectrum tracking never showed any updates despite carrier tracking showing otherwise. My tracking showed delivered on a Wednesday and nothing happened until the following Monday when I got the Assurant approved email. Credit showed up in my Spectrum account the next day and I chatted to get a refund.

The Spectrum tracking page only updated when EVERYTHING was finalized, so it was relatively meaningless for me

Yes. The one that took the scenic tour is the one that said it was an Ultra instead of the S25. They did provide me with an IMEI. I asked for pictures from Assurant and they said they can't do that as they already moved the phone elsewhere because it didn't have any damage. It seems like either I get adjusted credit or nothing along with the charge for the phone. Spectrum CS put in a ticket for me as well (separate from my direct email to Assurant).

I did not do s25 to s25 plus/ultra. I just did s24 to s25 to s25 (with moto trade-ins). I swapped back to s24 so that the agent does not say I already have s25 when doing upgrade. but looks like their system flagged that I already upgraded anyway. he said I can open a new line that would set me back $50 back.

has anyone been able to do it online when store denied to upgrade the same line?

I went back to store today to upgrade S25 ---> S25+. But their system failed when scanning my ID. I was told to come back tomorrow because it could be a system error.

The reason I didn't activate the device is because I don't want to pay $50 fee if I return S25 when Assurant doesn't approve my old device.

Just wait. Spectrum trade-in tracking sucks. You should be seeing some email today. I also just got credit for 1 device and hopefully will get for 2nd device soon.
