Sorry I have a question here for trading S25 to S25+. The S25 have the eSIM tied to the line I opened. If I trade it in, can I still get the line back to use on S25+ and for unlock purpose in the future?

Go to the store and ask for a physical SIM for your current line. The eSIM gets deactivated once you get the pSIM. Put the pSIM in the S25 and make sure you are able to make a call. Take out the pSIM from S25 when you trade it in and put that pSIM in the S25+ before turning it on.

I asked the guy when I bought the S25. He said the psim is available next week. The deal is ending on the 4th too. Is that they do this by purpose? Should to go to another store see if they can provide me the psim?

Traded in a s23($845) in store for an s25 ultra and used the free line for a year promo. Not as slick as the double trade you guys are doing but I don't want spectrum to flag my account or send me to collections over some glitch on their end. My local store says one $700 credit per line although they said I could trade in at any time once paid for and still get a bonus. Even the spectrum site is screwy stating the credit is paid out over 36 months in the terms. For me I paid in full so I know that's not the case I just don't get how they can make money on this. I gave them my s23 and $468 and ended up with a brand new flagship and 2 years free service. Weird but I'll give them a shot until they screw me.

I don't know why since I switched to Spectrum mobile, I receive so many spam calls everyday.

If you did trade-ins on multiple lines, once you get the credit, can you cancel lines and just keep one open and use that to unlock multiple phones?

It went smoothly for me, traded in a old phone for $13, got the promo, for $713, paid the phone fully...

then got the rebate at the store, no issues at all

The only kicker was, the sales tax was for the total price of the phone, not after the trade-in promo was deducted

but, overall, best to go to the store and do it, and don't worry about having to play with 3rd party people to take in your phone

Nope. Unless they are completely out of pSIM (which in not likely at all, the guy at the store is lying. Check another store.

There is a question for me and maybe some other people. Since you need to call and activate on day 61, which literally means you need three months of service. Spectrum doesn't provide refund even you just use their monthly service for one day. A lot of people only have two month cost of $40 in their breakdown.
