Assurant received my device Thursday. I got my credit email this morning.
I have had many, many things shipped to my house in the past, that have been stuck. It's always somewhere in the middle of the process, though…
I would hope Assurant would make a claim for the amount to USPS, and reimburse you. That's the way it should go.
2) will that reset if I close my mobile account in next 6 months, and will try to open after 2 or 3 months gap?

Also i went to holly springs they said they are expecting shipment on this tuesday if you wanna try!
I went 3 times before to glenwood they said we dont have 🤣 wasted about 2 weeks for me
I ended up upgrading online s25 to plus they all are sketchy in our area so
They were shipped via USPS on February 21, but to this day, I haven't received any confirmation emails from Assurant regarding their receipt. The last USPS tracking update for all shipments shows: "Arrived at USPS Facility LEWISVILLE, TX 75057 on 02/26/25."
Has anyone had a similar experience? Kinda worried now.
