I did call them and they are able to help after I talk to their supervisor. But my case is special. I went to store yesterday to do the upgrade and the S25+ is out of stock. The REP placed the shipping order for me but no shipping label emailed to me. After we talked to the CSR online, she told me to cancel the order and place again since it is faster in this way rather than submit a ticket. But she told me don't reorder right away until today. So I missed it. After I called and explained to them, they agreed to provide me extra $600 credit on top of that $100 promotional credit as of current. They created a ticket for this and said they will apply this once they receive my trade in.

Agreed with OnePlus7pro. Actually going through with this is really risky and probably not worth it.

They get processed in batches sometimes, so there is more delay.

I had stuff that I sent earlier get accepted a week later than ones that I sent later. It doesn't make sense, but it is what it is.

Did s25 to s25+ online over the weekend. Received my s25+ phone today and repacked my s25 in the box and did UPS QR code drop off today. UPS store kid said they get paid to repack and ship the phone so he opened the box. I hope everything goes smoothly with the trade in.

I made a reservation to go in store today to check. Rep said that the promo ended at midnight the morning of 3/4 (today).

I also contacted online chat about it.
You can try to call Spectrum Sales to see if they'll still honor it, but I wouldn't want to risk it.

This was fun and stressful. Let's see what happens when the S26 comes out.
