But never any verification email for the latter one. Just contacted them and they said the order was cancelled because I didn't verify my ID.
I told I never received that email for that order. They asked me to contact their fraud department.

Happened to me before when I shipped my phone first and then Spectrum cancelled for no reason. If Assurant approves your trade in, you can't even get the phone back either.
Also, some of you guys need to stop asking agents for questions. They are clueless and don't know half the things they are talking about. A lot of them spread misinformation so stop relying on them for answers. If you have questions, ask here and hopefully someone answers it for you.

Let me know if it works for you, cars123123. I got mine approved on Monday and I couldn't see it either. When I click the billing section it doesn't show anything.
When I look at best buy, apple, oneplus, etc. you can't select s25 to trade in, only s24.
Someone here said that you could do trade ins at BestBuy after a couple months or so.
Did you get your credits? I am waiting for an email from assurant still.

I already checked, costumer care says it approved but assurant is yet to credit it. Asking to wait 10 business days
