  2. Visit the Samsung Galaxy Ring page.
  3. Select your desired color and size.
  4. Select Yes, I know my size and choose your ring size.
    • Note: Galaxy Ring's size is slightly different from that of regular rings, they recommend using the free sizing kit before ordering.
  5. Select Yes, trade-in.
  6. Select Watch.
  7. From the drop-down menu select the brand as Other.

When mine was new it would last almost 2 days. 4 months later it'll only hold a charge for 6-8 hours. I sent it back to Samsung and they refused to repair it because it was "damaged" but they wouldn't say how.

Very valid. I wouldn't trust them. I had a perfectly working watch (watch5), new that they were marking as non-working. I had to request it back, take video it worked, provide proof, etc, so they would reverse the charge. Either dishonest or very lazy people processing the trade ins.

Beware they have one exemption they can sort of easily override. After that, any other issues and you will have to fight like crazy and provide undeniable proof.

I sent in a $20 watch I bought on eBay for $250 off the Galaxy watch ultra and it worked.

I ended up selling the watch and getting a Garmin though.
