Last time I used it as a filler, they shipped everything else in a box and these wafers separately in those bubble envelope. Needless to say, it turn to powder. Though not sure it would've survived in the box either. Used the powder as a flavoring in plain yogurt.
When we want these wafers in whole form, we get it at our local CVS for $1 or use the ExtraBucks balance to get them free
