I gave them my port in info too. Not feeling very good about this experience right now.
While waiting for the port, I received an email from Infimobile with title "We Need Your Help to Complete Your Number Port-In to Infimobile" and "we received an 'MDN has Port Complexity' response from your current service provider" in body of email, then 5 minutes later I saw the old carrier 5G signal disappear from phone, then 6 minutes got another "Infimobile SIM Activation" "Your activation has been successfull." email. 🙄
At lease after port everything seems to work perfectly with similar speed as previous carrier.
Did you do Verizon or Tmobile? I went Tmobile.
I gave them my port in info too. Not feeling very good about this experience right now.
