Not sure if it matters either but I can speak for both this week. I was at the register for my $15/$75. I rarely use sco but this week I did use it on my mom's card that had a $10/$70. The 2 Covergirl at that store totaled $10.58 and I did use 2 $3 mq but the $4 crt didn't reduce for that one either.

Yeah, if your Covergirl final price is greater than CRT and coupons you shouldn't have an issue.
