Given 1 bottle at the desk, showed the invoice for 3, got 3. No issue.

got 2 of 4 orders that were at 4 separate stores. 2 stores offered 1qt substitution and didn't bother going. Got Advanced Fuel Economy Full Synthetic Motor Oil 0W-20 3pk 5qt as substitution and 3 pk Hybrid oil 5qt at 2nd store. Used my sheepish 'it says i am supposed to get 3' while showing my order on phone, knowing I was scum bagging them. They fulfilled my order properly without hesitation. My oil leaking truck will be happy for 4 1/2 months now.

The kid at the pick up has zero clue and didn't give a shit of what it is at all. He just scan it, tell me to go to CS and have them deal with it. CS at the counter was told me I can call them and figure it out for the online order. I just told her that I just want to return / cancel it. Saved me a headache.

Well, I was lazy and ordered for shipping. Got a shipping weight of 10 lbs and change, so it's definitely only one 5qt.

Had one jug delivered with a grocery order. I was just going to send it back but the only option it gave me was to take it back to the store for a refund. Hell naw, got on chat and they refunded me and told me to keep it.

Same experience, had one delivered, chat gave me full refund and let me keep the one.

It specifically shows two seperate options on the Walmart app. One for a box of 5 and one for 3 boxes of 5. I'm confused as to how anyone was able to get 15 of these for the price of 5! Am I missing something?

You don't need one. Atleast on the desktop website when I go to walmart.com order history and click on the order, it still shows my order as:

Mobil 1 Hybrid 0W-20, 5 Quart
Multipack Quantity: 3
