It looked like I was going to pull it off but the store only had 2 in inventory. That's OK I'm still rocking the Rotella T6. I cleaned every local store out of a few years ago for $15 for the 2 1/2 gallon jug 😀

Chat CS refunded me the money without return so i guess it worked out.

So they brought out only 1 bottle, I tried to explain but the employee said try calling to see if they'll reimburse you for the other 2. Phone CS said there was nothing they could do so I ended up returning it. I should have probably chatted CS.

Went to pickup my order today, of course the sales associate came back with 1 bottle, told her that it should be a "multi pack" box with 3 bottles, so after she spoke with the manager, she let me take 2 bottles of the Advanced 0-20W since they were out of the hybrid one. Not bad for $28 Smilie

For me, the rep came to curbside with only 1
I explained and showed the order and he said, they gave me only 1. So I asked to return and he said ok, I'll return it, May be my mistake.

Today in order status it shows as picked up and no refund. I guess I'll have to go to store again as there's no online help with Walmart in the app.

Talk about shining a bright light on "price mistake" for the Walmart employees, because who in the literal fark is going to just go buy 135 5qt jugs of oil.

I guess you can try to flip them on Craigslist for 20 bucks each or something, I dunno

I do 6-9 oil changes a year @ 5k mile intervals.

WM rep brought out one jug, I pointed out that there was an order for a three pack. She tried to fix it with CS desk, but they balked at the idea of giving me two more, so I asked chat support while I was there, and they offered to push a refund and keep one jug for free. I accepted the offer.

So far they have sent me 12 single five quart jugs. Out of my orders of 5,20,20 multipacks Total should be 135 total five quart jugs. I have had three calls with customer service and they are escalating my claim with an answer in two business days. I will find out then. I would be happy if they honored half? I'll keep you all posted.

Ok. I was in the app. The AI chat assistant couldn't help but I called the number and then a live rep processed a refund for my two bottles without a need to return. Totally worth it for two free jugs.

Just to chime in, went to my store pickup today from the order Thursday. They came out with 1, showed the order for 3-pack and after a while of polite back and forth they got 2 more and let me take all 3.

Good deal, though I guess not quite as good as some people complaining to CS and getting free oil.
