Activating my Amazon subscription "ate" my Office-365 direct subscription last year, losing 5 months off. The nightmare of fixing that issue through support would not have been worth the time - would probably have taken several hours.

Do NOT do managed subscriptions, my advice.

The review on the site mentions the code comes via snail mail for the Family version for those asking.

The Microsoft 365 Family 15-Month Subscription allowed me to renew my existing subscription with Microsoft ; it adds to your subscription end date so that you don't have to waste any money if your subscription is not expired yet. It added 15 mos to my existing subscription. The code arrived via US Postal ; but i was expecting it via email ; so it did take a few days to get it. The code did work ; so that was good.

It seems this Buydig deal is new and no one knows if it works with the previous Newegg deal or not. If it works just like Newegg, then this is a good deal even for the Family. If Personal works on Family - 3 months, that's even sweeter.

Waiting for some firm confirmation from some wise people here before buying. Hopefully the deal will last a while.

That's how you do it if you're on a managed subscription (like through Amazon or BestBuy). Wait for subscription to expire then log into your MS account and there is a place under your subscription to renew with a key. Yes, you can stack them for multiple years.

It does say (DOWNLOAD) and the shipping part I though was for the other "free" editing software they would be shipping (which didn't see it was "DOWNLOAD"). Hoping they just email keys.

The November 9. 2023 date in their message is strange. My subscription is good until August 2027
What I found out last year when I tried to stack a Personal code onto a Family sub for a pro-rated amount of time was that if you have ever redeemed a pre-paid Family code to extend your Family sub, you can no longer redeem Personal codes against that Family account for pro-rated time. The option in the interface is removed, and there is no way to get it back for that subscription.

As Datameister said, let your GoDaddy subscription expire. GoDaddy has become such a ripoff lately -- they sell you stuff you don't know you don't need and before you know it, you're being charged $300/mo. Nothing they have is a good deal.

I looked at this at Costco and I see that version includes Copilot. I'm not sold on the benefits of copilot at this point, but as it's integrated more fully with these apps, there may be increasing benefit over time.

It seems this bundle does not include the copilot integration?
