I'm hoping BOGO can still stack with whatever discount they may offer. That's probably the only time I feel like it's worthwhile to use Uber eats.
It's gotten worse over the past few years with both the organic price hikes as well as some stores deliberately having a different price structure for Uber Eats / Doordash orders. That's sneaky because even if you think you're getting a good deal, you realize that the base price is already hiked to negate it.
I'm hoping BOGO can still stack with whatever discount they may offer. That's probably the only time I feel like it's worthwhile to use Uber eats.

Even if you do go the delivery route, try calling the restaurant directly. They might offer you a cheaper delivery option, or at least save you from paying Uber Eats' inflated delivery fees.
To give you an example: A $15 order, minus a $6 discount, still leaves you with a delivery fee of $2.50, taxes and service fees of $7.52, plus tip. When all's said and done, you're probably paying even more than you would have if you had just picked it up in person!
Stop falling for these corporate gimmicks.
It's like saying the best buy $300 remote start with install deals are a rip off because you can buy a remote start unit off Amazon for $150 and install it yourself. Sometimes we just want an easy button and we are willing to pay for that.

Do drivers have warming things in their car? I don't want to get lukewarm food. Any suggestions on what food travels well?
Is there a way to get rid of service fees? With uber one I get free delivery + 10% discount off fees. But for $18 BOGO bowl even with $25 discount it reduces it to $0, there is still like a $5 service fee.
( Also for people who have an Uber account who have never ordered food before, do you get bombarded with emails like nearly daily telling you to order food for like $15 off? I'm keeping track of deceased uncles Mail,Trying to help aunt figure things out. pretty sure he's never ordered food from Uber, seems strange but email looks OK, doesn't look like from spammer, unless they can exactly copy Uber type emails. how do I check if he had a balance in his Uber account? no longer have access to his phone number)
