-keep tires with enough air so they don't develop flat spots air in them (they don't have to be fully inflated, just not flat)
-Move tires from time to time, just roll the cart 12" monthly so tires are sitting on a different spot
-again with the theme of moving the cart, change what side the cart is exposed to the sun a few times of year (if stored outside)
-do not leave tires on wet ground
-do not leave the cart fully loaded for months at a time with flat tires that you never ever ever move then be surprised when 3 years later the tires that are flat and dry rotted
....these rules apply for any tires (cars, trailers, garden carts, bikes, etc)....even solid tires will rot and get flat spots if abused.
I have a gorilla cart that is 9 years old and stored outside with OG tires. Only one out of the 4 I have had to put a tube in to replace a flat (caused by a screw).
