pardon the noob question... does printing on canvas make the image come out fuzzy at all?
Fuzzy more depends on the resolution of the image file when compared to the size of the print you want. Eg I wouldn't take an iPhone pic and expect it to look all that great on a 24x36 canvas.
I realize that this is the wrong place to talk about quality over price, but....
These super cheap canvas prints are like something disposable you'd get from Walgreens. If cheap is all you want then have at it.
If you want something that is superior quality and lasts forever, you should checkout Canvas Press. Been ordering from them for probably 15 years now. You get what you pay for.

I agree but will also say YMMV.
I take all of my family pics with my (now aged) DSLR with really good glass and have them printed using cheaper canvas from sites like this. It's not museum quality but certainly looks good to me and all of the guests to my home. Would I go over to WHCC and pay 5x the price, I'd definitely say no considering marginal utility.

Thx. I was concerned that the texture of canvas might fuzz up the pic.

Just got my print. I took time to center picture in a proper position. It arrived like it had been cropped with half the persons head on the top side of frame. Was not how I requested at all. Do not recommend

I've had very good results from them. The images I upload are very high quality (using a 45 MP camera and professional glass) but I've been pretty pleased with what they send. If you get a bunch, though, they will wrap them up tightly together and in one or two instances there was damage from that (which customer service fixed by resending new ones). My expectations are not of gallery quality and I do pay a few extra per canvas for the exhanced color or whatever they call it. I'll be buying again.
maybe a dumb question but can the 11x14" become a 14x11" if I just rotate it 90 degrees, or is there something on the backside that makes a 11x14 functionally different from a 14x11?

I just checked out the Canvaspress website, an 11x17 - basic features = $55 after coupon. Significant difference
I was looking into some canvas prints recently and the consensus among many people seem to be that the cheaper ones would fade in about 10 years, but the good ones would last for decades. But it was cheaper to just replace the less expensive ones every 10 years then pay 5 to 10 times as much for an heirloom piece.
