Someone on the O-Cedar mop thread mentioned putting a bucket inside this bucket full of clean water. https://slickdeals.net/f/18063409-o-cedar-easywring-microfiber-spin-mop-bucket-system-red-gray-26-75?p=175326613#post175326613
The solution to pollution is dilution. Getting 98% of the dirt off the floor and leaving behind 2% isn't going to be noticeable unless the water is extremely dirty, at which point you change out the water.

Wish they separated the bucket into two. One for clean water, one for dirty water.

This one doesn't have a foot pedal. You just push down on the mop handle.

I seriously do not understand why the dirty water goes BACK to the same fresh bin

Is this an American culture/thing or is this intended to be used daily in busy office/resturant setting

I already have an O-Cedar. Which is better, buying O-Cedar refills or getting this one?

I like this form. The one with foot pedal, one needs to use more carefully because one could loose balance especially for elders.

I have both this and Cedar one.

You do need 2 buckets, the amount of dirt i see in the o cedar bottom bucket is disgusting.

For the price, buy this and just you a separate bucket for clean water

Mop on this one is better than O Cedar

The drawback of this one is that the "lock" on the mop will wear out after a while and if you mop hard enough the mop will slip past the lock and shorten itself.

Libman Tornado Spin Mop is not good. The handle is broke so easy and not repairable. BTW, I used two of them and throw them away.

I have the O Cedar model that separates clean and dirty water (which it really doesn't). You still dip the dirty mop head into the "clean" water then spin it out. It has a "clean water" section that maintains a level of clean water.

Consider you just mopped up spilled coffee or something. You now dip a mop that has coffee all over it into the "clean water" section. As you do this, some coffee is going to remain behind in the clean water, not as much as if you used a two bucket method, but still.

Missed the OCedar one, so will try this out. With the double bucket method. Thanks O.P.
