Smartasses making snarky comments in airtag2 having hdmi…no. It will however have twice (and maybe 3x) the range though. So if you don't care for that, then by all means buy this one.

Airtags are just ultra-low energy usage bluetooth 5.0/2/4 devices transmitting GPS data back to a central network according to device ID

Give it time, ultra cheap "airtags" are coming/almost here.
Well the other issue with Tile was that they would disable them because of "low battery" but the batteries were just fine and they would not let you swap them out. Weird when someone makes something less consumer friendly than Apple.
