I bought it at $30 from Walmart a couple of months ago and I've been slowly getting through it.
Definitely a nostalgia title. I played the SNES title about 15 years ago and this one basically feels identical. By that I mean don't expect modern mechanics (besides auto-save). If you don't like old school RPG mechanics then you won't like this one.

The price GameStop was listing it as during the holidays before the $5 rug pull, that brought it to $30.

I think mine was $25 after the $5 reward

Seems to be more widely in stock at nearby Gamestops than the Target deal was. I think I can finally jump on it.

Pro member can get it for less as $20 with the help of the monthly reward of $5.

But won't be brand new sealed either way so you do you. I'll wait until $9.99 like majority of you do.

Wish more Nintendo first party games would go on sale like this. They must have really overestimated the demand and shipped out way too many copies.

It's surprising too because it's a great game with wonderful and wholesome comedic delivery. You can beat it with full completion in about 10 hours unlike games now that take 100s of hours.

Really? I'm about an hour in and I feel like I'm half way through the tutorial and have spent nearlythe entire time watching cut scenes...

Anyone else having problems with Gamestop's online pickup? It's not letting me fill in an email for the "Pickup by" field

Edit: Was able to successfully checkout as a guest instead!
