I gave different zip codes which was showing as in stock in the app only but showing out of stock in the actual website link.. BB reps taking the actual web link as reference and saying it can't be matched as it's OOS..
I got the same message as "sinisiteraudio" user from BB r associate this time but he can't share the secure payment link. Asked to purchase as it and later he submitted refund process request…
I chose in store pickup and with in 20mins it was ready for pickup.. fingers crossed as it might take 3-5 days for the refund amount get reflected in bank account.
Total cost paid - $1839 plus
Refund initiated - $756 change..
final price - $1083
Showed in stock on the app but i guess on the website it showed out of stock.
I'm still not even sure how they were even verifying the inventory on costco.com because I couldn't even figure it out myself.
I told the rep that they needed the app to show live inventory.
Either it worked out just time consuming.
It can go either way to be honest but as long as you have your chat transcript you have some type of proof for them to credit the difference.
I went thru this a few years ago for the Sonos sub woofer.
Once I picked it up, they adjusted the price.
