my store was oos, but best buy price matched over chat

I went into a store at opening this morning, showed them on the app it was in stock near me. Manager shut me down. Got her phone out and loaded up the Costco app as if they thought I had built an entire rip off Costco app to save money on a MacBook. She ultimately said no because I couldn't order it on the app.

The one near me has since sold.

Lots of confusion & frustration here.
You need to get a Live Chat Rep who asks for your number/email/phone number, and then mention you want to pice match it because your local Costco has it in stock. You have to pay in full for him/her to initiate the refund. The email comes roughly 1 hour AFTER YOU PICKED IT UP. Don't do delivery, pick it up fast. Use PayPal, it will refund the money immediately.

That's great but I have been through this exact process over 10 times no joy.
