January can feel like the longest month of the year to many, which is why 7-Eleven, Inc. is here to give everyone a sweet treat to celebrate its end! On January 31, customers can stop by for a FREE small Slurpee® drink at participating 7-Eleven®, Speedway® and Stripes® stores nationwide – because let's face it, everyone could use a refreshing pick-me-up after a long winter month.

damn man they couldnt even offer a large one. a small is worth only like 1 dollar. if i saw one dollar on the street and i was in a hurry, i probably wouldnt even bend over to pick it up. this is way more work than that.

I love slurpees but ever since I saw a kid put his mouth on the faucet and drink I can't bring my self to drink these again, the concept of leaving these out seems too much to me.

What a strange promotion, giving out frozen drinks in the middle of winter... Wouldn't a free small cup of coffee make more sense?
It's gonna be sunny and 70 in TX

I still pick up pennies (the kids love them). That said, if I were as well-off as you I'd probably ask my butler to pull over and pick them up for me

At some point the risk isn't worth the reward. What if his butler hurt himself and then he wouldn't have anyine to untwist his Oreos...

lol, my email said...
"January was a long year, but we made it."

Goes on to say...
"We don't do this very often…like, only on Slurpee Day. But let's be real, Januarys are longgg and you deserve a dollop for getting through. Get your small Slurpee® drink for FREE tomorrow only."
Keep in mind that email was from yesterday.

Also, check your email to claim a free drink, any size. YMMV subject line:
"Claim your FREE drink"
(I got that one the day before.)

What's the point of a free slurpee when it is cold outside?

My local 7-11s have been cheapskates every time this kind of promo pops up. They put signs saying the machine is broken, or they put boxes all around it and say they're doing inventory (for the whole day).
