I closed my checking account with Truist Bank in Aug 2024. I wanted to participate in their current offer of $400. I am trying to open an account online but I am getting 130 error "Sorry we are not able to proceed for your application. Visit nearest branch etc " without any information.
Can you please let me know how to solve this error ? Thanks for your help.
