Specs aside you might want to try this laptop out at the store. The trackpad is centered to the main keyboard rather than the center of the length of the laptop. I found it jarring enough (I didn't like having to slightly to the left every time I wanted to switch between typing and track pad movement) that I returned it.

4070 and below don't gain any performance past 100W. It's so pointless to go beyond 100W that nVidia have restricted the power limits of the upcoming 5070M to 100W as opposed to the 140W the 4070M could do this generation

I have the same question. In fact, I bought the Asus. Looks like this has a better screen (higher res and touch), better processor, double the ram and storage but less capable gpu and $549 more expensive? Maybe the open box excellent is a better deal, just $200 more?

Would this be a good business computer or is it overkill? I am basically looking for something to use Excel, Word, etc, store files, and maybe access camera feed for a new small business.

Speaking of, does Excel, Word, and One Note (I think it is 365 now?) still come with computers? I could have sworn they came for free years ago, but something might have changed. I have been using company computers for so long I have no idea about the cost of these things. If it is paid these days, what is the cheapest way to get what I need?
