I bought this back in September the last time it was this price. Had been waiting for the the Sonos, but as rtings showed this to be rightly the same quality as the arc with sub and rears and this was half the price … incredibly pleased with the setup - despite the fact that it's in a room with vaulted ceilings. Definitely recommend, it's by far the best you'll find under $2000 all in.

Bought this in October at this price and I couldn't be happier with the setup. It blows my over $3000 Sony setup that's about 3 years old now out of the water. I'm very impressed and highly recommend the Q990D! Like someone else said, mine is in a vaulted room which isn't ideal but it still sounds fantastic and the Atmos effects are still game changing.

I have the 990c I believe. Didn't know the d came out unless this is new. Anyway, it's a solid ass setup. Gets extremely loud. Still doesn't match my dedicated AVR setup but I think is the closest you are going to get that kind of setup. To avoid having wires running everywhere in my family room, it's worth the trade off. I will keep the traditional AVR setup in the theater room.

I bought this recently and my Subwoofer kept disconnecting every 30 sec, i googled and many users reported the same issue and samsung said they cannot give replacement and asked to return so i returned it.

Did you or any one had similar issue? Or i just got a lemon?
