Use the alternating technique. Year 1 you be the primary and your partner the secondary. Year 2 switch , your partner be the primary and you secondary. This way you can always get new member promos. I have been using a Free or fully rebated membership (one year even a money maker) for past 5 years now.

What's considered new member? Same as Costco if you are secondary member on a household plan then you can't be considered as a new member?

I didn't renew my membership at full price. Every other week I was getting a post card saying "Join back for $25". Then $20. Then $10.

Go to the Customer Service desk and tell them you received a $10 card in the mail to sign up.

I had membership till July 2024 but still unable to use. They are asking for renewal. But I used my different email address and it worked. Still yet to check about 20$ cashback on a 60$ purchase.
