Looks like the bezel is fixed (doesn't rotate like a "true" dive watch).
But if that doesn't bother you, this is a great deal for a titanium watch.

Thats the whole point of a tool watch? I use mine for timing mundane things like cooking and when a medication is at its efficacy. This is like one of those fake sunroof plastic decals they sold at hubcap stores in '90s—not much flash and no substance!!!

I just recieved this watch and the dial is way more subdued than what is pictured. The one I have is a darker orange almost a burnt orange color. Watch is very lightweight and wears nice. The only criticism I have is the band, it looks nice, but feels very cheap and I doubt it will hold up over time.I plan on using an oysterflex type rubber strap in black or color matched to the dial anyway so I'll just add the leather strap to my collection. I dont care about the strap at the price I paid, but if I'd paid closer to retail I would have returned the watch due to the strap.
