It still does that? Wendy's recently went to qualifying purchase and stopped that glitch.

Oh I haven't tried for about a month. darn if they stopped it lol. Thankfully they haven't done what McD's does with the 15 minute time period though that can still be planned out if you place your order ahead of time Smilie

With McDonalds, if you use your deal first, I think you can order right after using a reward. You only have to wait 15 minutes to use another deal.

Bought one and worked fine. Tried multiple times to buy a second gift card and kept getting rejected. Even tried a physical card, different cards, other payment methods etc.

Probably for the best, that food isn't the best nutrition anyhow, and orange chicken is often too tempting to resist.

Wendy's app closed this loophole a while back. You can use both an offer and a reward in the same transaction, but the reward does not count as a "purchase" for the offer terms; you must buy/pay something to check out. Maybe you can do it in person and get both free, but I always order ahead because they take so long.

Panda app has never allowed using a coupon code with a reward - it's either/or. The free bowl is a code emailed to you - or at least, that's how they have done it for the past few years when they have this promo.
