Straight Talk canceled my order but never refunded my payment. 4 calls to Straight Talk and one month later and I still had no refund. They actually told me that I had to take it up with PayPal. So I did. And then I had to wait a few weeks more while PayPal investigated. I got my refund but Straight Talk sat on my money that whole time.

However Motorola provides limited upgrades, usually a year of OS and 2 years of security updates.
Samsung A16 5G is supposed to receive 6 years of updates (OS and security).

I bought 2 Samsung A15 on the last deal a few months ago, also bought 2 iphone 13, only paid for the 1st months and all 4 phones unlocked automatically, no need to call customer service.

Used to be the case but not anymore with Android phones. Just put in a sim for a different company (even non-working) and phone reboots after a short pause and unlocks (day 61+). Done it with A13 A14 and A15. No need to call anyone.
