If you want a similar charger, and are okay with the 25W Super Fast Charging 1.0, Monoprice has this for $14 every day. You'll have to figure in shipping, but it's still cheaper and is smaller. https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=44909

These aren't as good as the newer 313 model. The 313 is smaller and does 45W Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0, which the 713 does not do.

Im confused by the super fast charging and the Pixel 9...will the Pixel 9 super charge?

There's a lot of jargon around these protocols. I can't be 100% sure, but as I understand it, Pixels just use USB-C PD (Power Delivery) at between 20W and 37W depending on the model. This should accommodate that, but I could be wrong. Check the requirements against the charger you want to buy.
Samsung "Super Fast Charging" is an implementation of USB-C PD using something called PPS (Programmable Power Supply). Basically, the charger can change the voltage on the fly. The reason these can do SFC 1.0 @25W but not SFC 2.0 @45W is because Samsung has specific requirements for a higher current than these can provide. As I understand it the charger needs to be able to supply 4+ amps.

Who tf is monoprice?
They made their bones years ago proving that cheap HDMI cables are are basically identical to "premium" cables. They now sell all kinds of electronics, networking, and office supplies. Their Monolith line is known to be a good value in the "audiophile" market.

From Anker:
The main difference between Anker 313 Charger and the 713 Charger (Nano II 45W) lies in their support for Super Fast Charge 2.0. The 313 Charger is designed for Super Fast Charge 2.0, while the 713 Charger does not offer this capability.
