While not everyone collects, you will not find a cheaper sealed box of fat packs from a reputable source. Never expected this from Menards.... slow shipping to home was under $4 for me and free store pickup.

I've been out of the hobby for many years. Seeing the direction things have taken after Panini got a stranglehold on the hobby, I'm not missing it that much.

For those still deep in the hobby, is it even possible to come out ahead on something like this these days? I'm seeing loads of cheap and worthless pulls on ebay from this product. I'm genuinely curious how, with the present state of the hobby, anybody makes any money without hitting a literal jackpot. It feels infinitely more fruitless and cost-prohibitive than it was 10-15 years ago.

At least this year there's a solid QB class. A prízm rwb of Jayden Daniels is over $100 I think, which comes in these packs and silvers are higher. No chance of numbered stuff to my knowledge. It really just allows the regular guy to rip.... Hobby is over $1k a box

No, not in the long run. But it's a hobby not an investment. Probably a similar return as buying 150 $1 scratch-off lotto tickets.
