I think Amazon human employees are deliberately trying to destroy merchandise because they (or robots) can't be that stupid.

This 13oz is the better deal! Now that i already used the coupon on the 7oz, the coupon is gone to be able to use on the 13oz. Doh!

Same thing happened to me a few days ago on a different chip order. I don't think they have protocols for shipping chips, so they get thrown in with the S&S order just like everything else.
Lesson learned: we will never order chips from Amazon again.
Side note: the tiny chips make a good topping for salads or coating for baked foods. I'd prefer to have the whole chips, but when life hands you lemons….
Thanks for posting this- so much better of a price per ounce than OP staff deal!!

I used to agree with you.
I have very specific delivery instructions for my Amazon deliveries, listed twice - address line 2 as well as under profile delivery instructions.
Simple enough for my 6yo to follow, and doesn't add time or extra effort to the delivery. Roughly half of the drivers get it correct. I leave positive feedback when done correctly, and negative when not followed.
Unfortunately, one of their KPI's relies heavily on the delivery feedback, so you'd assume they'd make effort to follow reasonable requests.
