If you don't need a full service cargo short, go for Lee Men's Extreme Motion Welt Cargo Short. They're fantastic.. flexible waste, roomy fit so order your normal size, have extra zippered pockets on both sides that don't stick out as much as normal cargo pockets. Cost 4 bucks more than these atm

The inseam is short. I reviewed some comments - someone in the comments/reviews claimed the inseam was longer that 11" on the larger waist shorts - I'll return them if the inseam is really this short, but i have a feeling that info in the dscription is inaccurate.

Dad shorts. And if you're less than 6'4", you will look like a kid wearing dad's shorts with that 11" inseam.

Equally goofy, but at least proportional. I wouldn't buy cargo shorts in general. But if I needed to choose a pair of shorts I'd go with something in a similar form factor as these - flat front, clean, and proportional.
