When I opened it I was surprised to see I won the Second Prize One (1) pair of Midland GXT3000VP4 GMRS 2-Way Radios; ARV: $150.00.
I never received an email saying i won anything.
The radios require an FCC license to operate which costs $35 for 10 years.
There wasn't any letter inside saying where this was from but the return address label on the package said "Winston Rewards" so I was able to come here and find the sweepstakes.
